Return only, no refunds

Should a returned item be mailed (at customer expense) back to Bone & Quill, when possible an exchange of same item value will be issued. We have the right to ask that any returned item be in its' original form or it will not be accepted as a return and no exchange will be issued. Due to the uniqueness of certain hand made items, not all items can be exchanged. We kindly ask that you respect our policy.
